At RND Publishing, Inc, our goal to help those families and individuals dealing with a mental health situation to understand they are not alone. Many people deal with a mental health diagnosis and through counselling, support and medications they live very productive successful lives. The author, Roger Mohn, was raised in a dysfunctional home, with his mother bipolar and his father a functional alcoholic, so Roger knows the tragedy of being raised in an unhealthy environment. But he also knows the triumph of overcoming that adversity and realizing success in spite of it.

Founded in 2019, RND Publishing, Inc is a website dedicated to the mission of mental health awareness and education. Roger is a member NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and volunteers his time and efforts to help erase the negative stigma of mental illness. Hi! Yes, that's me! Getting my first little book out there about what it was like growing up in a dysfunctional home. I loved my parents, of course, but growing up in a home with mental illness and alcoholism wasn't the greatest experience for a child. I wrote this book as a quick read to help others understand what that was like and to give hope to others who either have gone through it or are living it right now.
